Performance Design Lab
We partner with PDL in consulting projects and methodology development. Pdi and PDL founded a US based company, Performance Design Partners, that exclusively focuses on capacity development.
PDL is in the results/performance improvement business. At its core is our fundamental belief that performance can be designed, that performance improvement is not magic, but science. Our theory base and methodologies allow us to do this in a systematic and repeatable way with predictable results. Back in the lab –located metaphorically in Arizona – we continue to evolve and expand the theory base and methodologies first introduced in the book “Improving Performance” to include breakthrough approaches to management systems, measurement, strategy, IT alignment and organization structure design and implementation.
